Violation of the code of ethics shall result in immediate loss of board certification.
- Fellows shall refrain from the practice of surgical procedures other than those procedures recognized in their field of expertise.
- Aesthetic gynecology procedures such as vaginal rejuvenation shall never be performed as a treatment for pelvic organ prolapse at or beyond Stage 2.
- Labial Restoration procedures shall never be performed to create aberrant anatomy. Patient requests for such shall be denied.
- Aesthetic gynecology procedures shall never be represented as procedures covered by insurance plans.
- Fellows shall never submit claims to insurance companies nor allow their patients to submit claims to insurance compaines for aesthetic gynecology procedures.
